Hi my name is Charlotte and I’m fundraising for my grandmother who sadly passed away this month.

Nan was 94 and one of the strongest people and happiest people I’ve even known.

As a lot of us do she had a plan…

Years ago in 1950’s/60’s she purchased a joint plot/grave with her husband Eric for when their time eventually came.

Sadly Eric died early and took his place and then she also lost their own child and son early and he took the second place.

Nan had been told she could be laid to rest with them if she was cremated and had this sorted.

Fast forward to now and we have to pay a large amount to have the grave changed into my name to action this and then I can also pay for her internment and a memorial service some time after her funeral.

This is her wish and I will happily work all the hours god sends to pay for the rest of her funeral, her wake and then the cemetery fees but if anyone would be able to support this lovely lady in being able to be laid to rest with her family quicker it would be much appreciated xxx

As a side note my nan has been like my other parent for years, she likes everyone, dotes on her great grandchildren, teaches them cards, lives off mr Kipling and jelly babies and is truly the other half of my heart ❤️

I really would just like to have the ability to give her some peace and even legally lay her to rest and be able to purchase a headstone, if we do not do it this way we are not even allowed to mark her name there, even if she was to be scattered in the grave she made sure she paid for and had supposedly for 100 years
