Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I am reaching out to you during one of the most challenging times in my life, with a heavy heart and a lot of hope. Recently, December 27th, 2024, I was diagnosed with stage 2B Hodgkin Lymphoma, a form of cancer that affects the lymphatic system. Instead of being relieved to have an answer for my symptoms; it was an absolutely terrifying feeling to know it is Cancer. The course of my life and my New Year for 2025 has changed drastically. Navigating chemotherapy and fighting this battle has become my New Year’s Resolution. I could really use your help on this journey.

I started ABVD Chemo in January. The toll it has already taken on me physically and emotionally has been heavy. After 2 rounds, in the beginning of March, I will get another PET Scan to see if treatment is working and just how much more chemo I will need and if I will need radiation for the large mediastinal mass in my chest. I’m hopeful that I will survive this journey and I am so lucky to have a great Oncology team working to help me fight this Cancer. I also feel so blessed to have an amazing amount of support from my family and friends during this journey.

The path ahead includes intense treatments, including chemotherapy, doctor’s visits, potential hospital stays, losing my hair, and potentially more. As you can imagine, these treatments are not only physically and emotionally demanding, but they also come with significant financial burdens. Even with working when I can and having insurance, the medical bills are already mounting. I need your support.

I am humbly asking for your support in raising $10,000 to aid in covering the costs of my treatment and help me focus on what matters most—surviving cancer and getting better.
