Back to School Supply Drive

Only the Strong Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit that has been preparing underprivileged and at-risk youth to successfully start the school year since 2009.  Access to school supplies at the beginning of the year is a major contributing factor to academic success and higher self-esteem, according to students, parents and teachers.  We have successfully expanded our fundraising and outreach every year for the youth in the Montbello & Green Valley Ranch neighborhoods.

Our primary funding source has been individual donations coming from people who believe in our mission and goals. 2020 was a challenging year to say the least and our organization felt the impact of the pandemic on us all. We were still able to give out a limited amount of backpacks and supplies, now are looking to rebound and achieve our goal of 500 backpacks!. Your donation goes to the purchasing supplies and backpacks, for our end-of-summer Burgers & Bags giveaway

This is a small request that has a big impact on kids and families in our community.  Only the Strong needs your help sustaining this positive benefit and helping more kids.  We have a choice of fundraising levels that will ensure that we continue to grow next year.  More importantly, you see where your money is going!
