"Honoring a Hero"

Help give Scott Rickard the memorial he deserves. He was a loving husband, father , friend and last but not least a Soldier.  His county came first  you can ask anyone that " it was his motto " He served ten years in the Air Force and 6 years in the Army.  He did four tours overseas in which he put his life on the line for us. He never let anyone to close to his heart but if you were one of the lucky ones , he gave you the world.  Anytime you needed him he would be there in a heartbeat. Scott struggled severely from PTSD from the things he saw and dealt  with while protecting us. Not many of us can understand what was going through his head , but we tried . SSG Rickard never let us down regardless of his struggles , he made sure that we are ok. God blessed us with amazing man on this Earth and you never know when it will be your time to go. Make sure you tell the person next to you that you love them.  So  now let's take a look up at the sky and say thankyou because God not only took a husband , father , friend.... He took one hell of a Soldier and I'm proud to have someone like him is watching over me.
