BATAAN MEMORIAL DEATH MARCH - 2022

We are 10 highly motivated Cadets currently attending Norwich University and taking part in the annual Bataan Memorial Death March (26.2 miles) through the deserts of the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico on March 20th, 2022.

This marathon is a commemoration of the Bataan Death March where Filipinos and Americans were forced to march over 65 miles while being starved and beaten by their captors. These service members who defended the Philippine Islands during World War II displayed the art of heroism and honor for their country by sacrificing their freedom to protect ours.

Our team is driven and inspired to be a part of this marathon. We have been dedicating extra time to run, lift, and swim to prepare our bodies for this event. However, we cannot reach our final goal without additional support. Your help will allow our team to register for Bataan, purchase plane tickets, and obtain any other necessities for this trip. Any donation would truly help us and we greatly appreciate your contribution to meet our goal.
