A brave single mom of five, two of her daughters are part of my mentorship program, is in urgent need of our help.

Her water has been shut off with a $4,000 balance. Her electricity was disconnected with a $2,000 bill, which not only left her family in the dark but also spoiled all of their food when the refrigerator went out. To make matters worse, her car was repossessed over a balance of just $1,300. That car is her lifeline to get to the new job she just worked so hard to secure. Without it, she risks losing the very income she needs to provide for her children.

She is doing everything she can to hold her family together, even setting up an appointment with CEDA on Monday to get assistance with her electricity bill. But the need is greater than what she can manage on her own right now.

We are asking for your support to help her restore her water, cover her essential bills, restock food for her children, and get her car back so she can continue working, keep a roof over her children’s heads, and create stability for her family.
