On October 23, 2019, a week before my sister’s 40th birthday, she received a phone call that would forever change her life…she has breast cancer. Amy has already begun treatment and is fighting to beat this!
Amy Schulz is a loving wife to Tim, an wonderful mother to Brett (12) and Amanda (9), and an amazing friend to many. She has the best sense of humor and is the sweetest, most genuine friend to everyone she meets.
Amy always puts others first and now it’s our turn to put Amy first, by asking you to donate any amount to support the expensive costs of treatments. Let's help Amy & her family focus on fighting cancer and not how they are going to pay for it. All funds raised will go directly toward Amy’s cancer treatments and any related costs.
Amy started her chemotherapy treatments on November 6th and will continue for the next 5-6 months. Surgery will follow the chemo and additional treatments will be determined after the surgery. There are difficult days ahead, physically, emotionally and financially. Amy & her family have a strong, positive mindset and an incredible support network. There’s no doubt in my mind that she'll get through this. Her spirits are high and her attitude is positive. It's truly inspiring.
