14yrs ago my aunty was diagnosed with breast cancer she fought so hard and long after losing her breast she beat it. In 2014 after being in remission she was given the devastating news that the cancer had returned and was in her bones. Since then my Aunty has been having chemo and doing the best she can enjoying being a mother and grandmother with twin granddaughters on the way. My Aunty is so excited that she was given a second chance at life and can not wait to meet her granddaughters despite fighting this horrible illness. She has still been going to work and looking after her family. On sat 21st of November she wasn't feeling we'll and knew something was wrong so my uncle took her to Westmead hospital were she suffered a seizure and things got worse from there. The heart breaking news was told to our family that Aunty Vera now had cancer in her brain, left weak and still fighting to meet her granddaughters she was given a blood transfusion on Friday the 27th of November but things continued to get worse and we were told that the cancer had spread through her body and she would no longer be able to fight it. We would love to take Aunty Vera home to be comfortable with her family and much loved fur babies who she misses very much. To do this there is a large amount of expense that need to be covered, for my uncle to have the time off work that will be needed but the the bills will still need to be paid. To cover nursing staff and materials/drugs! We would love for my Aunty to have no worries and enjoy her time with family we would greatly appreciate any amount of donation in this time of sadness!
