Surgical Expenses

One of our very favorite people, Desirae Garcia is in a pickle. She has a escalating health issue that requires surgery. Although scheduled for tomorrow with literally the most crappy health insurance, she has just been hit with a multi thousand dollar request that they want before doing the surgery. Desirae is not one to ask for help.  But if there’s anyone who needs it right now, it’s her. Thank you in advance.
