Hi, I'm Renee and I'm friends with Nick and Michelle. I'm trying to help Michelle, so she can stay by Nick's bedside for as long as she needs to. On September 30, 2022, Nick fell approximately 20 feet from a ladder while working. He was Careflight'd to JPS level one trauma center, where he was taken straight to the OR to stop the internal bleeding. Throughout the first few days, he underwent five surgeries to stop the internal bleeding, trying to keep him alive. Nick made it through that very critical touch-and-go first few days. Now he has a long road ahead of him. Michelle and both of their families have been by his side. Michelle would never ask for help, but we all know that with Nick and Michelle not working, the medical bills will start coming, along with all of the normal bills.
