Hello, my name is Dawn Miller. I am a single mother of 4 wonderful boys. Recently, I was diagnosed with Melanoma on my back and have since gone through one minor surgery, a radioactive biopsy, and then a major surgery. I am currently beginning physical therapy to regain full use of my arm. The excision is 10 inches long and is in a spot that makes it difficult to use my right arm.....I'm right handed. I will also be meeting with an oncologist to discuss chemo and the next steps in my treatment. I have been forced to miss about 2 months of work already, and it is uncertain when I will get to return. My family has reached the end of our financial rope. With no current income, the bills just keep building and I have fallen far behind. We are down to our last few dollars and with my not being physically able to work, there isn't any real hope of income for a while. My boys and I just need a hand to get us back on track and keep us afloat while I am recovering from all of this. I am humbly asking for help until I can get back to work and do it for myself.
