Hi Friends, my name is Guy Barrington, I'm 54 and last week I was experiencing extreme chest pain, which lead me to A & E in the Czech Republic, which lead to a Coronary Heart Disease diagnosis, which leads me to a undergoing Triple Heart Bypass surgery soon so that I will be able to continue my Life.

It's been a bit sudden and a shock! A lot can change in a week, and to be honest I am also a bit relieved. I've been feeling recently something really is not right in my Heart. It's been keeping me up at night. I've been worrying about leaving my kids behind, my lovely 4 year old daughter, Zaira, and lovely 17 year old son, Juan, and my lovely Life.

I was told I suffered a minor Heart attack, but it was enough to get me seen by excellent European Doctors who gave me the diagnosis and a course of action to solve this problem.

I don't have Medical Insurance to cover the costs required...I will be out of work for at least 8 to 12 weeks and need your support to help pay for basic daily things, food and rent and these Medical bills.
