Guy LaMendola has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. Guy has been out of work and is no longer eligible to receive disability.
Pancreatic Cancer is one of the worst types of cancer with not too many options for treatment. Guy's wife Marianne is their only source of income in the household at this time. The family is
on Cobra and Cobra has a cap on some of his treatments. The funds raised here will be used to off-set the family's portion of Cobra payments, help with medical expenses and everyday household expenses.
