When we woke up Friday morning, we never expected it to be the last morning our lives would be normal. The man that has been my hero, my best friend, the father of our children and most of all, my amazing husband has passed from this life. Guy was a hands-on father to not only our beautiful twin girls but all 6 of his children. From building lemonade stands, bunk beds and swing sets to taking bike rides and painting his little princess’ nails, he loved his family beyond measure. Guy was always someone who would help anyone who needed it. From carpentry work, plumbing, electrical or just with odds and ends, he gave of his talents and his time. He did what he could to make those around him smile. Because he was always larger than life, we weren’t prepared for his untimely passing and desperately need help with costs.
