Heart Procedure

To my Friends and Family:

I want to express how much I appreciate your Friendship and Love and Thank You for your support over the years. Recently, I went to see my doctor after having chest pains. He told me that the blood is not flowing to my heart as it should and recommended that I have a very expensive test done to look at my condition closer.
