Gus' bad back fund

Gus is a much-loved family pet and lives with his dads Tom and David and their son. Despite being the smallest member of the family we suspect he is actually in charge! Gus brings so much joy and happiness, and as long as he has his daily quota of chicken sticks and cuddles is normally well-behaved, unless nextdoors cat decides to visit the garden...

But recently, Gus' and his family's world was turned upside down on their son's birthday when Gus was diagnosed with a debilitating back injury. Gus underwent a complex surgery to repair the damage, but the road to recovery is long and expensive.

We were faced with the prospect of losing Gus or trying everything we could despite the financial costs - through our tears, we knew we had to give it a shot. Thankfully we have some insurance that will cover around a third of the surgery costs. However, we are faced with an unexpected bill of around £6000 plus ongoing medical and physio costs.

Any support that you are able to give will directly support Gus's rehabilitation, including physical therapy, medications, and specialized care. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings him closer to a full recovery. Let's show Gus that he's not alone in this fight.
