Hello Friends, Family & Community:

Our family has recently received a diagnosis  that our almost 1 1/2 year old yellow Labrador, Guss, needs to have 2 separate surgeries. One on each knee’s cruciate ligaments, due to CCL injuries. The surgery is crucial for him to remain mobile and have a good quality of life. His first knee surgery is set for May 18th. He will have an 8-10 week recovery time. 

I know how hard 2020-2021 has hit everyone in so many ways. We lost our previous dog unexpectedly in February 2020 and then Guss jumped into our lives and allowed us to begin to heal.
