Hi my name is Gus. Five months ago I had a lung operation to remove cancer on my right upper lung.

I'm still recovering from it. meanwhile during this time I have lost my job of eleven years and insurance

due to not be able to go back to work and perform the work I used to do. I have not received a paycheck

since March. I have spent all my savings trying to survive . the bills are starting to pile up.
