Hi my name is Tricia we are trying to raise money to help Gus's wife Zana to pay for his celebration of life to honor and cherish his wishes in sending him off to a better place where he's no longer suffering in pain. He passed away in his sleep early Saturday morning March 9th 2024. He was surrounded by family that loved him dearly. His wishes were for us to do something extra special for his God children as they are young and we would like to do something to keep him alive in their memory and hearts through their lives. His God children meant the absolute world to him as they became his own when chemo started and they had to accept his life meant to much to not start it immediately. The funeral has to be paid upfront and his wife was his caretaker and has not been able to work so money is very tight. Thank you for taking the time to read this. We appreciate and are grateful to everyone that loved Gus. The funds will be used for his service and cremation as well as doing something meaningful for the kids as he asked us to do. One of his biggest fears was that the munchkins would forget all about him. We will never let them forget him.
