Update: February

Gunnar has started attending school now, almost full-time. His schedule is full of appointments and he gets very tired each day.

Jake has just started working again, it will take a few weeks to see the income from that but in the meantime bills continue to come. We continue to be incredibly grateful for any donations received or help offered.

Update: January

Gunnar is home from the hospital and requires a good amount of therapy and modifications at home. Jake is still home from work to help with everything and the income loss is stressful. We both know he'll need to leave soon and that will create more strain on us all. We appreciate everything and are taking things one day at a time. Thank you for your generosity during this difficult time!

Gunnar was diagnosed with a brain tumor on December 8th.

We have no idea how long everything will last or how expensive things will get.

Jake is unable to work while Gunnar is sick because he works out of state in the winter, he was planning to leave next week but now that is on hold.

We're going to hit our high deductible health plan maximums likely into 2024 and I'm not even sure if I'll have a paycheck while I'm caring for Gunnar either.

Absolutely every penny helps and is appreciated more than you will know.

Funds will be used to pay for medical bills and supplement our loss of income.
