Guinness World Record - Most burpees in 24 hours!

On the 23rd of December I'll be attempting to break the Guinness World Record of most Chest-to-Floor burpees in 24 hours!

The current record stands at 9119, so I will need to be averaging about 7 burpees a minute, every minute for the 24 hours / 380 burpees every hour for 24 hours!

I have chosen the Irish mental health charity A Lust for Life because once I heard about their programme, I thought it was fantastic, teaching young people to be guardians of their own mind is something I think will make a massive difference to the next generation.

I have lost friends to suicide and I know far too many of you reading this also have, I feel this charity can go a long way into educating children at a younger age that mental health struggles are ok, they are normal and there are so many options to help you deal with your battle.
