John Guida was an amazing husband and father. He died unexpectedly on June 5th 2019 which was his 20 year wedding anniversary. He left behind his wife Susan who absolutely adored him and 4 children; Isabella(19), Benjamin (18), Douglas (16) and Mackenzie (14) who thought of him as a hero. He did not feel good that morning and his wife suspected a heart attack. 911 was called and he went to Abington Hospital where he died. He was only 51 years old. To Susan, he was everything, brilliant, loving, kind and generous. He worked for Commscope and they cut off medical benefits on June 30th and will only pay for 1 month of Cobra. Susan needs to keep her current insurance at least till the end of the year because she had met her deductible and she wants consistency with the children’s ability to stay with the same doctors until things settle down and she can figure things out.  Please help Susan and donate to help her keep her medical insurance.
