Katie's Road to Recovery

Please consider donating to help my friend and co-worker Katie Fisher as she continues her journey through breast cancer treatment. Her strength and grace through the beginning of this process has me in constant awe. Katie has been a part of the Nana's family for almost 3 years, though I can't remember what the place ever felt like without her. She shows up ready to work and excited to be there, even on the hardest of days. She's shared with us her creativity, wit, wisdom and a level headedness that she wields like a super power. She cares deeply for her co-workers and her community and we are all better for having her in our lives.

Katie will be taking leave from her post at the counter at Nana's to embark on the next part of her healing journey. She will be missed, not only by her work family, but by the customers who have become her friends, and the community that she is so deeply a part of.
