Honoring Guenet Guebre-Christos – 40 Days of Remembrance

As we come to the 40-day remembrance of the late Guenet Guebre-Christos, we invite you to honor her remarkable legacy by supporting a project she deeply believed in.

We are raising $7,500 to build the Afewerk Tekle Space at Selamawi – the Rotary Ethiopia Peace Center, located at the Alle School of Art and Design in Addis Ababa. This dedicated space will celebrate the shared vision of Guenet and Afewerk Tekle — two towering figures in Ethiopian art, peace, and public service.

The Afewerk Tekle Space will serve as a hub for peacebuilding, creativity, and student-designed art that fosters dialogue and unity.
