Guatemalan Cancer Patient (fund closed, $$ goes to villages)

My name is Bella Malaniak and I am from Colorado/Oregon. I recently went on a mission trip to Zacapa, Guatemala where I met the most incredible God fearing man who has been through many trials, but ultimately dedicated his life to serving the Lord Jesus. His name is Alfredo. We have been talking since the mission and realized that God put a unique connection between us. Pastor Alfredo does not have a permanent job as he goes to village churches and ministers to and helps the people. He & his wife have 3 kids and little income. He is the most genuine and humble man I know. He came to me with a situation, not wanting to ask for anything. He has been supporting a young boy with cancer from a village named Jonathan, but it is getting very expensive—especially with their economy and financial situation. The boy has to go to the capitol city of Guatemala to receive treatment monthly. The money would go towards travel and hospital expenses. We know that God works everything for the good and that He is the divine healer. God put it on my heart to start this fundraiser, so if you feel any calling to donate to this boy then this fundraiser will be open. More than anything they need your prayers. There is no set amount for this fundraiser because any amount of money will help. Matthew 6:21 “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Thank you all!
