Dear Friends,
We are sending you this email as we would like to rasie money for those in Guatemala that have suffered due to the erruption of El Volcan de Fuego. Many have lost of their lives and many have been injured. They need all the help they can get.
We have selected to donate funds raised to Caritas International (caritas.org), a non for profit organization whos mission is to care for those people who are excluded and marginalized. Caritas has opened emergency shelters in Guatemala for people who have lost their homes and fled for their lives. Caritas are providing them with medicines, water, food, cloths and other necessities.
In 2 weeks we are going to Antigua, Guatemala which is 40 mins from El Volcan de Fuego. Normally this would be a vacation, this summer, however, we will go and serve those people in need to the best of our abilities.
Thank all of you who have reached out to ask about our family in Guatemala who thankfully are well.
