Guardian angel

On Sunday, October 23rd we unexpectedly lost our beloved sister, Lissette Melina Martinez. Lissette was 36 years young and was a loving mother to her beautiful 4 children who she adored with all her life. The youngest of the children being only 6. This is a devastating loss for the family because Lissette was the core that kept everything together.

Lissette passed away in her home while laying in bed. She had been released from the hospital the day prior after being treated for a kidney stone. The medics gave her medication to help process the kidney stone, but the meds began to give Lissette serious side effects. As she laid in bed Sunday evening, because of the nausea the medicine had given her, she began to suffocate. Her husband, only being in the next room, came to check up on her and found her unresponsive. He quickly checked her vitals and noticed that she wasn't breathing. He immediately called 911 and began to perform CPR to try to revive her. By the time the paramedics arrived it was too late.

Lissette unfortunately was taken away from us too early. Not only us, but most importantly her 4 children Viana Vanessa Martinez age 6, Jazlyn Crystal Martinez age 11, Jorge jr Martinez age 14, and Marisol Vasquez age 21, who she provided for with all she could give them.

Any and all money will go towards the cost of a funeral, wake, cremation and 3 youngest children. With no life insurance, services and cremation may not be possible. With this being a time sensitive issue, funds are needed as soon as possible, and any amount will be accepted with open arms.
