Hawaii has a special place in everyone's heart. To our Family, Hawaii holds more than a place, it holds our loved ones.
Due to Maui's recent devastating wildfires our family, Auntie Joy, Joel, Sahar, and their cats and dog, have lost their home. They have found temporary shelter at a friends house, but with three kitties and a dog, they don't want to overstay their welcome.
The loss of their home is so much more than the absence of a roof and walls. It is the loss of the memories they shared with our beloved uncle Alan, a space to gather as a family for the past 20 years, and a sanctuary after a long days work at the resorts they have dedicated their lives to. Your donations won't replace those memories, but they will help the family secure a safe place to live, help put food in their bellies and provide means to acquire whatever else they may need in the difficult months ahead.
Mahalo ahead of time for anything you can give, every little bit counts.
