In memory of Guadalupe Villanueva

Hi everyone my name is Daniela and sadly on the night of September 5th my close friend Lupe was struck by a vehicle in Tahoe City while walking on the side of the road and died due to injuries he suffered during the accident. Authorities have reported that the driver was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs during the incident. Me and his son Marco, who he leaves behind, are asking for any donations that would help us financially with the costs for a cremation and memorial service. Lupe was a dear friend to many and we would appreciate the help in making this possible to remember him as the caring and hardworking man that he was. We would be deeply grateful and appreciative for any support during this heartbreaking time. We still haven’t decided on a date for the memorial but we will keep those of you who knew Lupe and would like to attend posted. Thank you.

Hola mi nombre es Daniela y lamentablemente, la noche del 5 de Septiembre, mi gran amigo Lupe estaba caminando al lado de la calle en Tahoe City cuando fue atropellado por un vehículo y falleció debido a las lesiones sufridas durante el accidente. Las autoridades han reportado que el alcohol y/o las drogas fueron sospechados de parte de la conductora del vehiculo. Su hijo Marco y yo solicitamos donaciones para ayudar a cubrir los costos de la cremación y un servicio conmemorativo dedicado a su padre. Lupe era un gran amigo y agradeceríamos cualquier ayuda para hacer posible este servicio en su memoria por ser una persona muy amable y trabajadora como el lo era. Agradecemos profundamente cualquier apollo durante este momento tan dificil. Aún no hemos decidido el día del servicio conmemorativo, pero mantendremos informados a quienes conocieron a Lupe y deseen asistir. Gracias.
