Single Mother Needs Help

I am a friend of this mother and she came home from work on April 14th after picking up her kids from school.i got a call with her upset saying that she come home to find her apartment completely empty. The apartment complexe's cleaning crew threw all of of her belongings away by mistake. Especially her kid's toys, food, pots and pans and everything. Her kids are emotionally traumatized and don't want to be there after being there over a week.One of her children being disabled. She sees an attorney on Monday April 17th. There has been a police report made. It is true that the apartments gave her a $250 dollar gift card and helped with food for the night but promised to help accommodate more the next day but haven't heard anything As they have stopped responding. They grabbed all of her stuff out of the dumpster which was covered in trash and alcohol and theirs still alot of it missing with no answers.
