I'd like to start out by saying that asking for help is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I am a widowed mother of 4 children. My husband, Kevin Orth was an Army Veteran who lost his battle with PTSD 6 years ago this December 11th. I have always managed to keep things together by hard work. However, On July 12th of this year I was hit while driving for work on the highway by a drunk driver. His blood alcohol was .248. The police said I was lucky I was driving my work vehicle becasue it probably saved my life. The realization that my children could have been instantly orphaned made me sick to my stomach. I suffered a concussion and severe whiplash. I was out of work without pay for 6 weeks. I have over $10,000 in medical bills that will eventually be taken care of by insurance but most importantly I cannot lose my home. It is the only thing keeping my children safe in their world that was turned upside down by their fathers death. So if anyone could possibly help us get caught up I would greatly appreciate it. My motto is pay it forward....and I will!
God Bless,
Tasha Orth
