PLEASE HELP SAVE MY BUSINESS

My name is Adam Nitterauer. I have been in the sign industry for 18 years now. I opened my own sign shop about 5 years ago. It hasnt been easy, but I have weathered through the recession and business was just starting to pick up. I purchased a used printer to get me through the last couple years. Unfortunately it was 20 years old and has finally stopped working. I found a printer on ebay and was not sure how ebay worked. I spoke with the seller on the phone and then again through many emails.
My credit score dropped almost 60 points in 2 weeks because evryone said they could get me financing. No one was able to. Out of the blue a client of mine of 15 years handed me a check for $3500.00 and said your honest, and do great work. I will be ordering this much in signs from you over the next couple months. I was in shock. I couldnt believe there were still good people in this world that wanted to help.
Because of my lack of knowledge of ebay, i was scammed by Paul John Lory. I thought I was doing everything correctly and went through all the channels he explained in his emails. I took the emails to the bank and sent the wire transfer. I was unaware that this wasnt being done through ebay.
I have taken care of so many people for so long over the past 20 years and have nopthing to show for my kindness. I have done numerous benefits for families with cancer and never so much as wanted a dime for doing them. I love helping people. I started doing fundraising back in 1996 when I was president of Student Government at Erie Community College in Orchard Park, NY.
We did Springfest 96 to benefit Hunter's Hope and Krabbe disease research. Hunter Kelly was the son of former Buffalo Bills Quarteback Jim Kelly.
I never knew helping others, could feel so good. When I returned to Florida after college, a good friend of mine had fallen 4 stories and broke his back, so we did a benefit for him and raised $10,000.
I later did 3 other benefits to help families with cancer pay some bills. I love helping others!
I never once did any of the above mentioned benefits to make any money or take anything that was donated, yet to get that good feeling of helping others.
I am dead in the water without a new printer and will be closing my doors soon if I cant get the financial help I need. I am an honest business man and have many great clients, most of which are schools and organizations for children.
I would love to continue to make others happy, but it just seems I am at the end of my rope and have no other options but to ask for your help.
I am married 15 years to my college sweatheart and have a 13 year old son. I coach soccer and play golf. I am asking for your help to help me get back on my feet. I have never not had a job and most of the time growing up I had 3 jobs. I have never gotten government assistance or even applied for it. I love my life and my proffession and dont want everything to go away. Please help me reach my goal.
I have borrowed money from my father who is 71 years old to purchase the used printer that just died and he is on a fixed income. My goal is to pay back my father as well as my wonderful client who lent me the the $3500.00 and purchase a new printer.
