Hi I'm Lauren a part time runner who has decided to run a half marathon in 4 weeks! (March 9th)

I am raising money in aid of Support for Survivors. They are a charity who support adult survivors of child abuse – be it sexual, physical, incest abuse, rape or neglect. They provide peer-led community support for male and female survivors to help them become part of the mainstream world again.

The charity has made a huge difference in many of its service users lives. I have had the privilege of volunteering with the charity and have seen first hand the amazing work that they have done and continue to do.
