She’s gone, but we need help paying the bills

2/12/25 Update: We had to say goodbye to our baby girl today. I can’t express how broken I feel. I miss her more every second. I don’t want to live without her. I feel like the light in my life just went out and I don’t know if I’ll get it back. She was my soulmate and I will never be the same without her.

This is my girl Bug. She is my world. My husband (Caleb) and I can't have children of our own, so we love and treat her as if she were our child.

Unfortunately, Bug is going through some scary health issues right now, and we're terrified of losing her. Right now, things are looking up, but she's still not in the clear. We will do everything possible to keep her with us as long as we can, but the cost is becoming more and more of a concern. Our current bill is up to $4,000, but she has to stay another night at the hospital, and is now receiving antibiotics and will be receiving more testing throughout the day, so this cost will surely be going up.

I love this little girl more than I could ever express in words. She means the world to me, and I can't imagine life without her. I know it's inevitable, but we're not ready. And I don't think she is either. ❤️
