More than SEVEN FEET of water entered the basement. The water from the street drains and sewers overflowed into the basement after three hours of heavy wind and rain. The total estimated cost for demolition and repairs is $55,000.

URGENT NEED before the WINTER - October 15th: Boiler & 2 Hot Water Tanks fully installed $25,000. This cost includes NYC Department of Building Filing fees.
