Hello everyone, my name is Kim McCall VP of GameTime ChristianAcademy & Graceful Steps Daycare, which are nonprofit organizations. I am here today to introduce our latest fundraising effort: a GoFundMe campaign designed to help support our mission. The purpose of GameTime Christian Academy is to create an accredited private Christian school, committed to excellence in ministry and education for grades 9-12 and post-grad students. Our Mission is to equip and empower everyone to win in life with God's power and strength by training them in the area of academics, athletics and spirituality. Our academic curriculum is based on the Core Knowledge Sequence, designed to provide a solid foundation in the fundamentals of faith-based, technology-rich, & financial literacy. Our fundraising goal for GTCA & Graceful Steps 24 Hour Daycare Center is to raise $30 million for our nonprofit mission. Imagine a community where children have access to a quality education and a safe place to go while parents work long hours. Unfortunately in our community, many parents struggle to find affordable and reliable childcare, which makes it difficult for them to work and provide for their families. Moreover, the schools in our area are overcrowded, understaffed, and lack the resources to give children the learning opportunities they need. That's why we are raising funds to build a new school from scratch that also includes a 24 hour daycare attached to it. This new facility will not only address the childcare needs of our community but also provide a high-quality education to children of all ages. We envision a school where educators have the resources they need to deliver an inspiring curriculum, where children are safe and happy, and where parents have peace of mind knowing their kids are in good hands. As Vice President of our company, I know the importance of education and quality childcare for families. My personal story exemplifies how critical it is to have access to these resources. Growing up, my parents were hardworking and dedicated to providing for our family. However, they struggled to find affordable and reliable childcare while they worked long hours. As a result, my sister and I missed out on important educational opportunities, such as after-school programs and extracurricular activities. We also missed out on socializing and playing with other children our age. My parents 'struggle inspired me to learn about the childcare and education industries and to use my knowledge to make it easier for hardworking families to provide for their children. That’s why I’m proud to be part of a project to build a private prep school with an attached 24-hour daycare center. Our vision is to create a space where families can have peace of mind while their children learn, grow, and play. This private prep school will offer a rigorous and inspiring curriculum that prepares students for college and beyond. At the same time, the on-site daycare center will provide a welcoming and safe environment where children can be cared for while their parents work, knowing that their kids are in good hands. Our project needs your help to make it a reality.
