Hi everyone,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support for our beautiful 5-month-old kitten, Goose.

He has barely had the chance to experience life, and yet now he faces a big challenge: he has lost full use of his back legs, and he can no longer walk without stumbling and falling over. Goose is the brightest light in our lives — full of personality, mischief, and love. He adores water (especially climbing into the bath with me in a bowl!) and brings so much joy and laughter to everyone he meets.

After rushing him to the vet, we have been quoted between £4,000 and £5,000 for the urgent diagnostic tests and imaging (MRI, Spine tap, etc.) needed to find out exactly what is wrong and how we can help him. These tests are critical — without them, we won’t know if Goose has a chance at recovery if he is in danger of getting worse or how best to support him. We have Pet insurance however it doesn't cover the cost.

We are asking for £5,000 to cover the cost of these essential medical investigations and any treatment after. Every penny raised will go directly towards Goose’s veterinary care and helping him get the chance he deserves.

Goose is a fighter — he still purrs, plays, and shows so much spirit despite his struggles. We believe he deserves the best chance to heal and live the full, happy life he was meant to have, even if he remains a wobbly cat, as long as he is around!
