Hello everyone we are Kevin and Savannah, an American and Jamaican couple living in New Hampshire. We have been devastated watching the destruction caused by Hurricane Melissa across Jamaica. For Kevin, this isn’t just news, it’s personal. His family, his children, and the community he grew up in, Grange Hill, Westmoreland, were hit hard. Homes are damaged or gone, neighborhoods are flooded, and many families are left without basic necessities like food, clean water, and shelter.

While we live here in New Hampshire, our hearts are in Jamaica. We feel a responsibility to show up for Kevin’s community and his family during this crisis. That’s why we’ve launched this relief campaign.

Kevin will be making sure that every dollar donated goes directly to the families who need it most.

And for those who know Kevin, you already know this: Building houses is Kevin’s trade in Jamaica. He has built homes for many families before, and he will make sure that the rebuilding is done.

Here is our transparent plan for how every donation will be used:

1. Rebuilding Supplies: We will purchase and deliver essential building materials—lumber, zinc roofing, nails, tools, and other supplies—so families can immediately begin repairing and rebuilding their homes.

2. Immediate Relief: We will put together and distribute care packages containing non-perishable food, clean drinking water, hygiene supplies, and daily essentials for those who have lost everything.

This isn’t about us. This is about taking care of a community that cannot wait for help.

Every single contribution matters. Whether it buys a box of nails, a sheet of roofing material, or food for a family, you are making a real impact.
