Hi folks -
I'm raising funds to care for some abandoned cats. The two females (both pregnant), have been trapped, and are adapting back to captivity. I have two more to trap - both male. I believe one of them can be domesticated, not sure of the other.
The first, Annie, jumped into a grad student's car, and has made herself at home - and since given birth to four kittens. I want to help the grad student with the vet bills for Annie and her litter, and help find the kittens their forever homes.
Pictured is Tabitha, the second female. Good news is, she has a clean bill of health - no FIV, no FLV, no heartworm, but she does have hookworm and roundworm. We're currently waiting for her kittens to arrive. As soon as possible, we'll get her (and her kittens) spayed and neutered, vax'd, and to their forever home.
The next one I hope to trap is Cloud. While I can't pet him (yet!), I can get within two or three feet before he runs away. If you know cats, you know this means there's a good chance he had some socialization before being dropped off - usually a feral will run as soon as they see you.
