My brother has been diagnosed with Pudendal nerve entrapment (PNE), also known as Alcock canal syndrome. It is an uncommon source of chronic pain, in which the pudendal nerve (located in the pelvis) is entrapped or compressed. Pain is worsened by sitting and now by standing as well. He also has a labral tear in the hip. He has been to so many doctors that the money is starting to come out of his own pocket. I have been praying for a miracle! He is a single parent of a daughter and at this time he can hardly do anything.
