Hi, I’m Shelly and I’m fundraising to help 4 year old Zeus and his mom.
Unfortunately about a week in half ago Zeus’s Mom thought he was dying.
she rushed him to the Vet.
Zeus’s bladder needed to be drain. It was so bad that it almost took his life.
Since then he has had to go back and forth to the Vet for multiple bladder drains and x-rays.
Blood work.
Urine analysis and so on.
In this course of time he has had crystals/infection.
Swollen prostate.
A catheter put in and stitched
then came out.
A 2nd catheter stitched and taped in place so it would not come out to help him pee.
Also hoping it would give him time to heal so he could pee on his own.
He was also neutered to help cure the problem cause semen was found in his urine.
The cause is still yet undetermined
He is on antibiotics and painkillers.
Even his diet has changed and it’s been hard trying to find food he will eat, a lot of wasted food.
Unfortunately Zeus medical journey isn’t over.
Today Friday the 17th 2024 the catheter came out.
If Zeus unable urinate on his own, he will need emergency health care again.
Unfortunately the expenses are high.
With the continue support he has needed and Mom’s vehicle breaking down last week.
There’s nothing left now to continue to help Zeus Nor get his Mom’s Vehicle fix.
Each visit to the vet has been $450.00 plus and so for there’s 6 visits in total in such a short time.
I’m hoping with some help we can give Zeus more time so he can get better and move forward with the next course of actions to further his journey of life.
Maybe help Mom to fix her Van so she can pay some bills.
