Hello Friends and Family,
I am writing on behalf of my brother Dave.  Dave was diagnosed this year with a rare lung disease and is in need of a double lung transplant.  He has been accepted and has a position on the transplant list, so we sit and wait.  In the meantime Dave's medical bills are piling up due to ongoing doctor visits, oxygen equipment and medications.  He does have insurance but it does not nearly cover the incoming medical debt. 

Dave is a super father to two kids, Sadie 9 and Eli 6 and a very caring and loving husband to wife Crissy. Together they are all coping with this disease with amazing  strength and faith.  Dave is still working and trying to live life as normal as possible, all with oxygen in tow.

My brother is my best friend and for those of you that know my family, you know we are all about family!  Any contribution would be so appreciated and a stress reliever for Dave.
