On February 10, 2016, Rolando (AKA Rollie), a man of love, respect, loyalty and humor, was taken from earth. On this day, a true guardian angel was born. While our hearts will forever long for his contagious smile, we find comfort in knowing our protector will always be with us in spirit.
The time leading to Rollie’s goodbye, was not an easy time for his family. They spent days at the hospital, watching their love fight for his life. Experiencing new pain after new pain, with little to hope on - the fight became too much for Rollie’s heart. Eventually, they had to hold him close and kiss him goodbye.
Rollie was blessed to have his father, his sister, his nieces and the love of his life by his side to share his last breath.
As most know, saying goodbye to a loved one is heart wrenching and unfortunately, hardly feasible. Please lessen the hardship and struggle of the family with any contribution possible.
