Robert A. Forgette Memorial Fund

There are a lot of shares on Facebook, way more than anticipated. There might be a lot of people who don't know how special Robert was. He was diagnosed with Autismn at 18 months old, and even though he was different, our love for him was the same as any other member of the family. As he got into his teen years he gave us quite the scare when we discovered his Epilepsy.  Just as we were getting that under control we hit yet another bump in the road when he was hospitalized for blood clots in his lungs. Knocking on Death's door, he proved his ox-like strength by fighting and pulling through. He lost this last battle but not without giving it Hell first. We will ever forget his strength and courage, thus we want to buy something that is strong and sturdy, as he was.

In case you didn't know, Bubba loved The Toledo Zoo, particularly riding the carousel and the train. In honor of him we would like to purchase a bench with a plaque and have it placed as close to the carousel as possible so that he'll always have his own seat where he was happiest. If in the event there are funds remaining, they will be given to the parents, Don and Laurie to help cover any medical or funeral expenses.
