Hello my name is Kaleb Carlton, I am 17 years old, I’m raising money towards my top surgery. I’m looking into top surgery in Poland.

Top surgery would be a transformative step for me, significantly impacting my state of mental health and overall well-being. Living with breasts has constantly felt like a reminder of a disconnect between my body and my identity, leading to feelings of dysphoria and anxiety which affects me with even the smallest day to day activities like getting out of bed. The prospect of top surgery brings hope, as it would allow me to align my physical appearance with my true self, fostering a sense of relief and freedom. This change would not only boost my confidence but also help me engage more fully in life without the weight of dysphoria holding me back. Ultimately, top surgery represents an imperative step toward embracing my identity and enhancing my mental health, allowing me to live authentically and joyfully without the pressure and anxiety which abuses me everyday. Even the smallest donation will inevitably help me be in the financial comfort to be able to embrace my true self.
