Sustainability & Poverty Reduction

GRUPEDSAC is a non-profit organization dedicated to training individuals in the construction and use of self-made ecological technologies as a means to satisfy basic water, food, shelter and energy needs of communities in poverty. The organization was founded in 1987 and has two sustainable training centers in Oaxaca and the State of Mexico. It also provides workshops to disseminate these techniques at an international level. GRUPEDSAC´s programs and projects benefit extremely poor and marginalized rural communities, promote regional development, and stimulate the use of ecologically sustainable techniques to reduce environmental harm. Its efforts directly address the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. In order to continue this extraordinary work, benefit a larger number of families in need, and amplify its impact, GRUPEDSAC needs your support. We can’t thank you enough in advance for your generosity; with your help, GRUPEDSAC will continue achieving life-changing results.

We are an optimistic organization that believes in the human potential to create environmentally sustainable societies that are socially inclusive. If each person extends a lending hand, we can get closer and closer to a more compassionate, just world.

Please help us build a better world together.
