We are devastated to share that Steve Jones of Water Valley, MS passed away on 12/26/21 at approximately 7:30 pm after his battle with cancer. He was an amazing son, husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend. He is survived by his wife Mary Elizabeth Jones, his two daughters, Megan and Morgan, and his grandson, Knight. Although diagnosed with stage III cancer earlier this fall, it was never anticipated that his health would decline as quickly as it did. Due to the rapid progression of his cancer, Steve accumulated multiple medical bills in hopes to treat this aggressive cancer. However, all medical treatment attempts were unsuccessful and Steve was referred to hospice care due to the severity of his medical condition to ensure comfort and to spend his remaining days at home with his family. He was put on hospice on Thursday (12/23/22) and he passed away on Sunday (12/26/21). Please consider helping out his loved ones through this difficult time as they navigate this tragedy and begin this new period of life without him. Donations will go directly to his wife and daughters to assist with all medical expenses accrued and end of life costs, as well as future expenses.
