Hi, my name is Krystal and I am fundraising for my cousin Jake. Unfortunately, this wonderful man was seriously injured in a horrible accident Sunday May 7th. Jake was life flighted to the nearest hospital not knowing if he’d make it there. Thankfully the EMTs and Jake’s fighting spirit pulled him through the night. He has undergone 2 surgeries with future surgeries to come as well as a long road to recovery. He is a single hardworking father who will need to still provide the best he can for his kids during this time.

Growing up he was more than a cousin to me, he’s basically my big brother. He was always so patient and tender when teaching me to something new even if I was scared. He showed me through the years how you can be tough as nails all while having the biggest heart. Jake is the guy that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it without hesitation.

Anything at this point will help, if you do I know in my heart he will be overwhelmed with love and gratitude.
