Growth removal and Biopsy from sinus cavity

I am also adding this little part these are some photos from Dr. Solomon. They are referring me to the Charleston Oral to an endontist. My insurance does not cover that. I cant even get this mass biopsied or removed. They themselves may not be able to handle the work. I cant even consult with an endodontist. Molina Healthcare does not cover it. I had my doctor send me more xrays that were done November 9th just two weeks ago. The mass was found may of 2021 and I havent been able to get it removed and biopsied to make sure its not malignant. It is getting worse and i am scared and dont know what to do. I cant afford the surgery.
