On December 22, 2025, Nicki Morrison passed away with a final act of donating her organs, leaving this world as a hero.

Since Nicki's husband, Jay, shared the news publicly, dozens of his listeners, readers, followers and friends have reached out to ask what they can do to support him. This fund can hopefully serve as a small way for the community to show their love and support for Jay and his children as they plan Nicki's celebration of life, which in Jay's words will be "a party worthy enough of the most beautiful, caring, bad-ass rocker chick" he shared a life with for 37 years.
